Modeling
SimAuthor provides modeling expertise that results in multiple levels of detail:

• Airline-specific paint schemes and markings
• Movable control surface representations
• Raising and lowering landing gear

Animation
SimAuthor provides contract animation services that can recreate your flight or simulator session using our FlightViz analysis and visualization environment. Using your actual flight data, in a .csv file format, SimAuthor will produce an animation of the data set in an electronic .avi file or an NTSC or PAL video format. Turnaround time ranges from a few hours to a few days, depending on the size and complexity of the data set.

For highly sensitive data, SimAuthor will execute a non-disclosure agreement.

Your animation can include any or all of the following:

• 3D scene with aircraft and terrain
• Instrumentation
• Navaids
• Charts and graphs

Platform Expertise
SimAuthor's employees are subject matter experts covering commercial, military and transport aviation.  SimAuthor products are currently used for T-45 mishap analysis and visualization and have been in use for over 4 years on the T-45 Program. SimAuthor also has several years of experience with other Navy platforms, including F/A-18, V-22, H-53, SH-60B, MH-60S/R and others.
